

You will be refunded in the same payment method which was used for the order. If the parcel is not collected within 30 days of it being delivered to the post office, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and a return will be processed for the goods.
DAPPER DELIVERIES CODE
In the case of post office delivery, your order will be delivered to the post office nearest to your address within the postal code you selected. Should a delivery fee have been charged on the order, this will not be reimbursed, given that the courier has attempted delivery on numerous occasions. The courier will try once more (third attempt), and if at that time there is still no one to sign for the parcel, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and a return will be processed for the goods. If nobody is present at the address at the time of delivery, our courier will make a second attempt to deliver on the next working day. In the case of standard delivery, your parcel will be delivered to the address you specified in the checkout process.
DAPPER DELIVERIES FREE
Please take this into consideration when selecting your delivery address.ĭuring checkout, the buyer indicates where in South Africa you require delivery and based on the your delivery address and postal code, Dapper will indicate which standard delivery options are available free of charge (standard delivery, your post office, or to a pick up point). There are no standard deliveries after hours, over weekends or on public holidays. Standard delivery takes place during office hours and the shopper cannot select the exact date, or time, for the delivery. Should a shopper in an outlying area wish to have their order delivered via standard delivery, a set delivery fee of R150 is charged irrespective of order value.

DAPPER DELIVERIES PLUS
We would charge for delivery based on the estimated shipping weight and rate offered by FedEx and Speedpost, plus necessary handling cost. We offer three different delivery methods: FedEx Priority, FedEx Economy and Speedpost. Our system automatically calculates the shipping cost and adds it to the total price. For clothing weight estimation, please refer to the following table. Shipping cost will be different depending on clothing weight and destination. Please notice that customs clearance may lead to longer time for delivery. On the rare occasion that we could not supply your order on time, we will notify you the expected delay by email. For customers who choose Speedpost, please allow two weeks for delivery.įor remote areas, please allow a few more days for orders to reach you. Orders should arrive within 7 working days by choosing FedEx Priority Express, and two to three more days for FedEx Economy. All Hong Kong Delivery will be handled by Speedpost. Overseas delivery will be handled by FedEx or Hong Kong Speedpost (for more details, please go to and ). Moreover, Dapper will not be responsible for delivery delay caused by force majeure or unavoidable accident that beyond our control. All additional costs due to the delay of delivery will be the client’s exclusive responsibility. In case of absence of the client at the time of delivery, a notice of advice will be left and the client should personally contact the courier or shippers as soon as possible in order to agree a further delivery time. All deliveries require a signature on delivery, for this reason, a STREET ADDRESS rather than a PO BOX address is required. You can get your tracking number AFTER we process your order, which normally takes 4 weeks. All deliveries are made from the Dapper head office in Hong Kong.
